Most of SFG's Gypsy Horses originated with one family—the Vines of Great Britain. SFG is so impressed by the quality of horses this family exports that we wished to showcase their horses. Please see The Vine Horses for some photos of the family's own stallions and some additional photos of SFG's horses.
Gypsy-bred horses are referred to as Gypsy Cobs, Gypsy Horses, Gypsy Vanners, and Drum Horses. What's In a name? discusses the differences between these terms.
Grooming tips and techniques and health issues related to the Gypsy-bred horse are presented in Health & Grooming.
Associated Links lists the Gypsy Horse breed registries, product information, and other contacts which may be of interest to you.
For helpful or interesting books on related topics, please see our Bibliography.
Some terminology used in this site and in general regarding horses, coloration, etc., may be found in our Glossary.
